CULINARY EXPERIENCES IN ZERO KILOMETER

In the heart of a 28 ha forest estate, 15 minutes from Bayonne,

Aukera grows vegetables and fruits, irrigated using a rainwater harvesting systeme powered by solar panels.

 

Without chemicals and according to the principles of permaculture, we practice regenerative agriculture respectful of the soil and the great biodiversity that reigns there, regularly increased by trees and plants that we sow, cutting or graft within the nursery.

Every sunday Aukera opens its doors to 16 guests to come and taste its products transformed by a chef, at kilometer zero.

Depending on the weather, we have lunch in one of the unusual places on the estate where each building and each structure is built with upcycled materials or from Aukera's forest.
